i need help please!!!!!!! with crossover

so i bought some ppi sedonna components and i just know got around to hooking them up and hooked up one of my crossovers and it would play anything out of the tweeter outout. i thought it could just be a bad connection but redid the wires and it still wont play switched to my other crossover and it plays fine. just wondering if anyone can help me figure out how to fix it???

    My link. i believe it has a one year warranty but i bought it from soniceletronix and they dont carry them anymore but if i can fix it i would like to do that so i dont have to go through all the hassle of sending it in and waiting for it to come back but if i have to i will just wanted to see if anyone could maybe help me figure out what was wrong with it so i wouldnt have to send it back.
