Posted March 4, 200421 yr Nick, please give some guidelines on how to properly wire your D2 to this amp.
March 4, 200421 yr Connect the positive terminal of one voice coil with the positive connection of the other voice coil and do the same thing with the negatives. Parallel wiring a dual 2 Ohm sub will give you the 1 Ohm that you're looking for. If I remember correctly there is a good wiring tutorial on JL's website.

Bingo...then wire the amp to one of the coils....Basically a daisy chain of the +'s and a daisy chain of the -'sShould get ya 1 ohm bud!
March 13, 200421 yr Sorry to bring back this topic, but I'm considering the same setup and was wondering how high you had your gains set just for normal daily driving.
