I have 400$ (budget for buy a subwoofer)

ive been looking/shopping for a nice big """SQL""" subwoofer who can sing music at low frecv. I`m interested to hit low (28-30Hz). I listen rap - dub step music, my car is 4 door hatchback. HU is alpine 9831, amplifier will be HFi2000D. I have a second batteries and 0awg cable.

Someone recommended me:

TC Sounds LMS-R 15

SSA XCON 15 or 18

FI BTL

I have not heard any version.

I`m from europe and i want to buy it from USA. I also want your recommendations to buy best solution.
