welcome to SSA man and good choice on the subwoofer. If i were you though id just get the aq2200 instead so you dont have to buy another down the road. So where at in cali are you from? Im going to the meca show in fresno also and is only 2 hours away so maybe were from the same city haha. As for door speakers it would help to know what vehicle you have to determine speakers for your ride.

I'm in Sacramento, the 916! I did consider the 2200 right away, and I'll revisit it. I think the reason i threw it out was because i thought i wouldn't be able to support it off a 70a stock alt. As for the speakers, i drive a 96 4 door Camry with leather interior. That's pretty funny you're 2 hours away too, where are you located at? I plan to go to the finals in San Jose too and check that out in September.
