Posted July 5, 201114 yr Ok so here is my question. I am reconing my sub. My friend has leftover glue from his recone. He ordered this glue from Fi and it came with a bottle of activator. He gave me this glue for my recone and I need to know if its okay to use with out the activator. i placed a bead of it to dry and it hardened up, Do I really need it to complete my recone process. If not I have a tube of Goop that I want to use for the repair, I was told its okay to use it for the recone. If there is anything else that I can get locally please let me know. I did google to find out any info but couldnt find it. Thanks in advance.
July 5, 201114 yr i always use 5min epoxy on the spiders, and amazing good on the surround and the dust cap.

I have a Loctite 1 minute Epoxy but definitely not using that! LOL. On a sidenote I need to finish putting up pics of my pillars.
