Going to the shop on Saturday to get my box ready. I will go for a custom sealed box measuring 1.5 cubes. As people here already know, I am a n00b in car audio. So please I would REALLY appreciate any suggestions. What should I tell the guy to do with my box? Thickness, volume, material, etc.

    Nick seems to like the idea of lining your box with insulation to give the "bigger box" affect..you could call it cheating....wait..
