it just a 12volt remote box with a wireless remote, i would like to know if i can use this on my amps? because it is original use for led light, but it just looks like its only input and out system

so input do i put + and - of my back batteries?

and ouput i put my + and - from my amp terminals?

also do you think it will be fine if i add a stinger volt meter and another amp to the same box?

(2saz3500's strapped voltmeter and maybe a 100.4)

The wires on that switch aren't going to be handle much amperage. The switch probably wont be able to either. Is there a reason you want to do this? But i wouldn't mess with the battery connections due to the wimpy wiring as i stated. I would use the REM wire as input instead

yes, i let my brother once ina while use my car and he known for not watching for things he will drive around full tilt nd clipping and just fuck my shit up so i dont want him to have bass and im planing on just me having the remote

i've used one of these with great success. it was easy to hook up as a remote wire for my amps. right now in my car i'm using this which has a nicer remote but needs relays on each connection to be able to use it as an amp turn on/off. they have no problems turning low powered things like amps and leds on and off but for higher draw stuff you may need to use a relay

you can use any switch. wireless switch, hardwired rocker switch. Anything. Use the remote turn on for the amplifier instead of the actual power cable. That way you don't have to worry about amperage issues. Hell, you don't have to use a switch. Cut your REM cable and then use spade connectors to reconnect them. Then disconnect them when your brother drives your car. (wouldn't REALLY suggest that but you could do it like that)

the first one only needs a relay if whatever you're using draws more power then it can handle. the second one needs relays if you're using it to turn amps on and off

ahh okay out the both which you liked better?

the range on the first one is a lot better. it was also easier to setup. i prefer the second one though because of the smaller remote that looks like a regular alarm remote. in the end they both do the same thing though
