August 21, 201114 yr Author Perhaps you are getting the wrong cable.I'm quite sure it's the correct cable since the cable we replaced looks just like it. Do you think ford has these cables in stock maybe a ford cable would be better than the alternatives
August 21, 201114 yr I would ONLY use an OEM replacement, but they may not be made anymore. Go to your local dealer and check.
September 14, 201114 yr Author Here's an update , we sold the vehicle locally to a guy off craigslist for $1200. Originally asked $1700, found out about the cable, dropped to $1500, couldn't fix the cable, and needed a new fuel pump, sold for $1200 lol. Edited September 14, 201114 yr by Angelboy863
