Posted August 20, 201114 yr I have a 160amp alt, SHURiKEN SK-BT60 (Cranking Amp 1500, Amp Hours 60) under the hood and I want to run a saz1500 at .5ohm with 2 more 300 watt amps and have a stable voltage around 12+. Would 1 sk-bt20(20 AH, 850 Cranking Amp) be enough, what are your recommendations or thoughts? also 2 sk-bt20s would be the same price as 1 sk-bt35 (35 AH, 950 Cranking Amp) Edited August 20, 201114 yr by marq7890
August 20, 201114 yr The biggest you can fit. even if it takes two to do it. Are those batteries agm type?I checked and they are agm. Alot depends on your wiring and did you do the big three?
August 20, 201114 yr The biggest you can fit and afford. Even if you go overboard, it's always better to have too much than not enough for now and later This hobby is an addiction and I'm sure this won't be your last system...LOL
