got my dad to jump my car, got them dmm out put it on ac voltage, put a prong to the 0 gauge and grounded the negative, it read 27 volts.. any ideas?

I replied on the other forum. We are here until 6pm EST today and can walk you through testing.

From the video I have 2 suspect issues, one is belt slip the other is a loose connection. Make sure the connectors are bottomed out. Even when they feel like they are locked in they may not be fully inserted. Also check your power cables, make sure something didn't come loose!
