Memphis power reference 6.5’s in front 6x9’s in back don’t have much midbass installed

2 kicker ssmb8” and 2 kicker ssmb6” not installed

2 Rockford Fosgate p400-4’s 1 installed

Stetsom 1k5h

Stock alternator

No sound deadening

Jensen vm9312-want to replace but not a necessity installed

Ok so I have $500 that I’m dedicating to my audio related hobby

I know I need deadening, ho alternator, larger sub amp, and to complete big 3.

What should I do next?

Edited by logan_searching

Get the alternator... It will support your whole setup.... completing the BIG 3 should go hand in hand with that..

Mechman is the only place I found one for my car any opiinion or sugestion for that

Are they reliable?

Suggest anyone else?

Mechman is a very reputable company, DC Power makes great product but I would email either company to see if the unit is in stock and when the ship period is... I'd lean more towards Mechman myself plus in your case they already confirm a model that they make for it...

Don @sds gave me a quote and I could do that within budget as well. Just unsure of which road to take

Alt is what I'd say you can add more power later if you want

Like I said before... If you have the money for it now, the alternator would be the best upgrade since it will continue to power your system as it grows and you upgrade... Good luck on making a decision...
