Could that amplifier reliably produce at least 30w rms per channel run as a sub amp?

rated for a 4ohm minimum, but with plenty of reserve i'll be running it at 2ohms.

I don't know what type of installation this is, but likely 30watts isn't enough.

It's rated for 4ohms, even with enough battery reserve it's still not a good idea to run it at 2ohms.
