i bought this sub maybe 5 years ago... i bought this sub while on the search for something more then the normal JL kicker blah blah blah.. meanwhile this sub was like 400 bucks.. and i found one that had a broken basket for 30 bucks or so so i bought it only to get it in hand and see how it was build, and the quality of the sub..

long story short..

i bought 2 BL15s and thats how i met SSA,

any how.. this thing has a 4 inch V/c and so forth.. i guess my question is... before i put it on CL for 20 bucks.. can this motor be taken off and used on another basket??? and if so will FI's or someone elses 4 inch BL VC be used on a 18 inch sundown basket?

anyhow im all jacked up on cold meds .
