So I’m in the process of upgrading my cars electrical system, I’ve just done the big 3 and would now like to move on to the alternator. One problem thou, i know nothing about them or what kind i would need. Any info on them would be greatly appreciated.

I have two amplifiers one a Kicker ZX350.4 and the other a Hifonics Brutus BRZ2400.1D all together they = about 300 amps, idk if this info will help but here it is lol

What kInd of vehicle? I would buy the biggest alternator I could find. Contact mechman or dc power.

I'm guessing this is going in a 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis? I think that is a 3G alternator, should be very easy to find a ho alternator for your application. I use a DC Power 250amp 3G alt in my vehicle and it works great. Take S.DeYoung's advice and contact DC Power and Mechman.

No not right now, my batterie is still pretty new.
