Posted December 3, 201113 yr Looking for a 10" DVC 4ohm.The box has .75 cu ft and a mounting depth of around 8". Space is very limited and I can't get a bigger box unless I want to take up the whole rear,which I don't want to do. Everybody has Alpine Type-R subs around here and I would like to not go that route.I'm sure that their are some brands I'm not aware of that you guys do. I would say around $150 for the sub. Got 600rms @ 2ohm to give it.
December 3, 201113 yr Fi x series........ .75cu ft is actually over-sized......available in a single 2ohm under rated @ 400wrms.....$109 plus shipping.....WAY more sub than ANY other sub in their price range..... Are they geared towards more sq or spl? or both? Looks like the Dcon needs a little more space to be optimal,even though it has .75 listed. Edited December 3, 201113 yr by Scooby
December 3, 201113 yr Author What do you expect out of this setup?I know that it's not going to put out the kind of bass you can hear a mile away. That being said,I wouldn't mind turning it up at a stop light and impressing the car next to me. I wouldn't mind some sound quality at the same time.Not sure if I can have both though?
