December 3, 201113 yr Author You can do it! How's your exercise/workout routine look?Lots of cardio and heavy weights. lol. I dont have a routine yetdiet will be very high protein (150g) per day, low carbs under 25-30g
December 3, 201113 yr I found a new exercise iv never done it seems to work very very well. Use like a 15pound or 20 get down like your doing a push up. Then pull up one weight at a time. That ish kills!
December 3, 201113 yr I did a very low carb diet last year for a short time and dropped a pound per day average over the first 2 weeks. I didn't cut out alcohol or increase my exercising, simply changed the way I ate. Lots of mustard (substituted it for nearly every sauce/dressing), pickles, tuna and fresh, raw veggies.
December 8, 201113 yr Author Well tomorrow morning is weigh in and I feel pretty good. My pants fit a little looser. I've cut all soda, alcohol, and fast food 100% this week. I've been working out pretty hard before work and have cut all bad carbs and eating clean. I'm exited for morning to weigh it. Week 1 almost over!
December 8, 201113 yr Good luck dude. I'm about the same size and have the same goal. I was able to get down to 285 from 316 just by counting calories and eating on a stricter schedule. I have since yo-yo'd back up to right at 300 but am about to hit it hard again.
December 8, 201113 yr Author Yeah, as with any diet you need to make it a chang of lifestyle not just a quick diet. I've been in pretty good shape in the past (using many steroids) but at least I know the dos and donts. It won't be as easy doing it naturally but it will happen
December 8, 201113 yr Good luck bro!! According to every BMI calculator I'm fucking fat ... 5'11 and 187 .... holy shit I'm a cow!!!
December 8, 201113 yr motivation and cardio is the key,and obviously eating habits, you dont have to lift heavy weights, just do alot of reps of lighter weight you will see more results

December 10, 201113 yr How did you calculate your Body Fat percentage??With a handheld meter like the Dr uses. I had it checked at the gym.Cool. I'll have to try that, because I'm 6'3" and I weigh 245-250 and I'm always getting told that I'm 22%+... If you do the math thats 53.9-55lbs of fat lol there is literally no way. But thanks, I'm going to have to try that and good luck!p.s. if you can run I would highly suggest it.

December 16, 201113 yr Good job bro.Eating real foods (not foods in boxes or prepackaged), really helped me. Stay away from sodium, drink lots of water, and cook your own food with with your own ingredients really helped me. Cardio and some resistance training obviously helps too.I went from 185 to a lean 147lb in about 3 months. Lemme see if I can find some pics... It def motivated me seeing other ppl get results so if my pics help you or anybody else, cool
