Finally got an email back from Fi, and they recommended an American Bass VFL amp. First time hearing about these. I've done some searching and they sound great. The problem I have is where to get these at a good price and from a respectable company/person. The prices on the net are all over the place. I was initially set on getting a Sundown amp, but now these. Any links would greatly help, I need a Christmas present for myself

What kind of power do you need? What sub/s are you using?

I'm getting a Fi Q 12 with cooling and extra spider. I wanted to do the inductance ring, but I guess you can't unless you select the high qts option. Not sure how that would work with a ported enclosure.

Don't get High QTS for a ported application.

Any quality brand amplifier will suit your needs. Look around in the classifieds section for some quality used amplifers.

AB is good shit.

That's prolly what I will end up running myself before too much longer.

Look around tho, there are plenty of good options for amps.
