So i bought a 1male to 2 female rca adapter from monster because this hu only has one output for subs...but for some reason i cant access the subwoofer controls or the dolby 4.1 settings on this thing...it appears only in ghost writting not in white...whats is wrong?

    Is there a setup menu that allows you turn on the "subwoofer?"

    Try unplugging the right channel rca on your amp.Leaving only the left channel plugged in.

    Yes but like i said its in ghost writting so if i press it nothing happens...rca's are correct and the blue wire that turns the amp on is connected...i have bass but no hu control over it...would grounding my rca output maybe help?...looked all over google and no help...my bass sounds crappy...

    Ok so i got it to work but all sources must be off...no usb,cd,dvd...is this a safety feature? Or wtf is goin on?

    No not even radio! All sources off...even the dvd playback options are off...
