I know where its at but didnt pay much attention to it...

Im actually a member of that forum...im just gonna remove the alt and the batt and have autozone check them..its free...and that headlight thing wont work cuz out trucks have DRL and the lights are on all the time

You don't need to remove the alt for Autozone to check it.

Take of the fuse so your amplifier does not turn on every time you tun on your stereo. IF you have nothing on it.

I think it tries to put out max power when there is no load on the amp.

(I may be wrong though)

You can certainly remove fuses to keep the amp from turning on, but I'm sure the amp can detect if there is no load.

Well i feel like a dumbass!!! My stinger voltmeter is the one to blame here...checked everything with a dmm and evwrything checks out..
