Just put the wire direct into the amp.

Yeah, ive put up with that for ages now, but i have to strip the wire down a bit tighten it up and every so often it falls out, there must be connectors for this.

Tighten the connection good it won't fall out.sigh.gif

stinger makes connectors that will work bt they are a over priced but its up to you

The Sundown accepts 4 gauge inputs. Unless your threads are stripped out you shouldn't have any issues with the wire falling out.

No, this is what you do...

Cut the end off of the power and ground wire.

Now, slit the jacket back again and do NOT twist the wire!

Hold the wire together once jacket is removed, start to insert it into the terminal and then start turning the wire clockwise while inserting.

Make sure it's all the way in and i dont care if there are several strands out right now..

PS- have fuse removed when doing this

Now, secure wire down with terminal screw.

Next, take a knife and cut all loose strands off.

Now do this exact same thing with the ground wire.

Once the ground wire's loose strands are cut, get a zip tie and tie the cables together approximately 2" from the terminal. Make sure it's tight!
