Posted March 27, 201213 yr So I get everything put together today and almost ready to go, but the cutouts on the box are too small for my xcon 10's. So I'm wondering the best way to remedy this problem.I'm trying to keep it as clean and as simple as possible. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the help.Same problem that we had when we were originally doing your enclosure. The best bet is sand paper and a file.
March 27, 201213 yr Any certain grit to go with that sandpaper?A very coarse grit will make it easier.
March 27, 201213 yr yup, lots of sanding will get that fixed. I used 60 grit, may have been 80. Once it begins to slid in, it will leave black marks, from the paint touch the baskets, those are the areas you need to begin sanding down.
March 27, 201213 yr Lol i posted about this with the dconsWe need to get the biggest dia on the basket by the top of the lips that protrude from the basket
