Just realized they changed their name, but they still sell all audioque merchandise with audioque branding on it. When will they switch the name over? Will the products stay the same or all new lines?

They're gonna sell out of current stock before starting to sell the rebadges equipment. As far as models, it'd be silly for them to change it. They already know what works.

That's what I was thinking. On their website it says their trademark was contested, yet a quick search shows that the trademark was granted in January 2011 to their address. It is now shown as abandoned, if they had the name why did they change?

Also it was abandoned a day before one year.

Their "trade mark" does not hold up to a registered name. Audio Quest has their name registered and that is on the federal level not a simple trade mark. Their trade mark attempt last year only made matters worse as it exposed them as trying to go around the situation instead of dealing with it. Audio Quest enforced their right to have AQ change their name and ensure they are not confused in anyway with their company.
