Posted June 6, 201213 yr okay, this is going to be a shot in the dark.a guy came up from Louisville, to a local car audio competition here in Evansville. He was in the sound quality portion. he drives a mitsubishi montero. he said he owns a shop down in louisville. anyway, he let me listen to use front of components and I was extremely amazed at how well they sound. he said they were made by guy in georgia. he told me their name, but I can't remember for the life of me what it was. I believe it was audio something. I know this is an extreme shot in the dark but, can anyone help me figure out what these are? they hadreally nice midbass, they sounded amazing. I got here frank sinatra song, and then a light drum solo and I almost thought the drums were there with me it sounded so good. I'm sure the panasonic tube radio he had in dash from japan didn't hurt either. does anyone have a clue? How about you Shizzzon? Edited June 6, 201213 yr by srd150
June 7, 201213 yr My guess would be Hybrid Audio Technologies. HAT is owned by Scott Buwalda. Scott lives in (and hence HAT is headquartered in) Georgia.Headunit was a Panasonic "Bottlehead". They did make a US version of the headunit, although they are much more rare than the Japanese version. The tube is more looks than anything, it's barely in the audio path.
