March 16, 200619 yr I wouldn't run the XXX with the XT19 unless you do it in a 3-way. The gap is too large, but a TB W3 or W4 would fill it nicely.
March 16, 200619 yr I should clarify as well I suppose, the Vifa does have a low FS 680Hz but a 3/4" tweet can be overdriven easily. I would rather have drivers that overlap a bunch so that I can be flexible with my crossover and slopes while tuning. It could allow you to use your crossover to remove anomalies in your car without even getting into an eq. Definitely experiencing this with my setup, now if I could just settle on a setting and leave it alone....
March 16, 200619 yr I used to have them up to 2kHz... and I can say that's not the best place to have them...Weren't you the one always going on about how npdang is retarded and the XXX's sounded great crossed at 2khz ?
