August 28, 201213 yr Author Also no knowledge on box ideas for a tacoma really need a design for this as my friend will be building this for me.
August 28, 201213 yr Single cab is hard to design unless you have it in front of you or have really solid measurements. Especially wedge shaped. You can download Torres Calculator (free) and play around with it.Displacement is .10 ft^3Sub depth is 6"Cut out diameter is 9 1/4"Outside diameter is 10 1/2"Shoot for around 33-35hz tuning and around 25 in^2 of port area1-1.25 ft^3 netUsually port firing to the side works best for a single cab. Here is the link to the download http://www.mediafire.com/?haticgzfg9669f1 Edited August 28, 201213 yr by dbsupra
August 29, 201213 yr Author Thanks for that very much. You that that one ten will shake things up a bit? Amp youd recommend? Was lookin at a jl amp does 500 rms at two ohms
August 29, 201213 yr It should sound good. But it's all about expectations and what you think is loud.Amp will depend on budget and your electrical.Haven't personally ran a JL amp before. Tons of options out there.
