Whats a good amp for 500 rms at 2ohms just got big three done and stock alt in single cab. I may just be a noob but ia it better to run at 2 ohms rathrr than 1 to not tax the hell out of my electric

Either load will be fine. 500 RMS is not that much power, so you should be fine.

Class D amps are smaller and more efficient which makes them good choices for a sub amp, BUT at 500 watts RMS you shouldn't notice any drag on your electrical, especially since you have had the big 3 done. If you are getting one sub get the d4 an wire it like this

One to each channel or both to one channel
