well i got bored tonight and put my cd player in. ill just get a few pictures of it in tonight. tomorrow i have to run the usb to the glove box and secure the dash kit but i was anxious to get started. tomorrow after i get the cd player finished im gonna start on the box build. its not going to be anything spectacular but hopefully keeps me happy for a while. gonna get the box built and hopefully the sub and amp will be in wednesday and ill get pictures and hopefully a video up. i know the type r coaxials arent the greatest but with this cd player its so much of an improvement over my shitty ass stock ive had in there for a while.

Type R coaxils actually sound great. I had 5x7's in my truck at one time and was super impressed by them.

thats what i have just 4 5x7's. to be door speakers not amped honestly im still happy with them. im getting some rattling in the back so i may go ahead and try to get some sound deadner while im doing everything this weekend and install some. and thanks i will hopefully everything goes smooth

went and picked up the mdf, glue, liquid nail and all that good stuff. debating on trying to heat the pvc pipe up and flare it or leave it regular. just picked up some cheap silver and burgandy spray paint to paint the box trying to match the color scheme. since its behind the seat its not going tot be showed off too much. just waiting on my buddy to get off work to use his shop to start building the box. in the mean time im gonna fix the cd player.

well got the box built. decided to do it for a 10 to save a little room. nothing spectacular here. got a little baffle screwed in to hold the pvc on. didnt do a step by step pictures, no reason to on such a simple build lol. hopefully it will sound alright whenever i get it in ill put pictures up and let everyone know who it sounds

How far is the port from the sub? I built one very similar to yours and had a slight unloading issue.
