Posted October 30, 201212 yr Has anyone had problems getting their orders from fi? I ordered two ssd's on the 10th and they initiated shipping process on the 15th, but has never sent it out. Just wondering if that's typical or not. Anybody with fi experience please let me know.
October 30, 201212 yr IT's not shipped. It takes 25-40days before it's finished being built, then the tracking info you have will start to be updated.
October 30, 201212 yr My buddy had some shipping info emailed to him very early, but he ended up getting the sub after like 3 weeks. Worth the wait though, subs amazing.
October 31, 201212 yr They generate a tracking number shortly after the order is processed, or during the order processing on their end. That doesn't mean the sub is being shipped out, they've just generated a tracking number. After it's built and shipped the tracking status will change. It will be several weeks.
