I need some tips on doing a bed cut. This guy has 3 digital design 1500 12s. I cant remember the year or model but its a dodge single cab. The diminsions i got were 15" tall, 40" wide, and around 40" deep. He has them on a kicker zx 1000.1. I just need some tips on how i should go about doing this, since i have never done one before.

So you're doing a blow-through where you mount the enclosure in the bed, then cut through to the cab? If so, I suggest going to the junk yard first and practicing before cutting up a customer's vehicle. This is not something you should attempt on someone else's vehicle for a first attempt.

I do have access to someone who has done and few and he will probably be cutting it. I think im more worried about the need to possibly brace the metal around the cut.

Whats the best wat to brace it?

Make a frame of square tube and tie each corner to each corner of the bed and cab.
