Posted December 29, 201212 yr Just curious if anyone knows of a product that can keep air line\fittings from experiencing the surrounding ambient temperature?I'm going to try something soon and see how it does through the winter...One of my O-Rings doesn't like the cold weather so i gotta air it back up every 2-3 days. My install has no reserve so what's in the bag is the only air volume on the car.I get the privilege of knowing something is leaking way before anyone else would, hehe. Keeps me on top of things.
December 29, 201212 yr You could try out some sort of heat tape. I don't know what else you could do. Have to make heat to keep the line temperature above ambient.
January 2, 201312 yr what kind of airline?suspension? On my truck must of it has a rubber hose fitted around it.Except the smaller pink and white hoses, which break just as bad.But yea just buy some hose to fit snuggly over it, so even if it leaks it will flow through the hose.
