Hey anybody out there running one of these i had the DTS-1000.1 and it beat hard probably too much for my cvr 12 (rated at 400 rms) i had it ran peralel at 2 ohms since it was a dual 4 sub supposedly the amp was puttin out 560 @ 2 ohms.

this i had to RMA the 1000.1 because it rattled and got back a 1500.1 becuz of the price drop since i origonally boutght the 100 in sept of this year id like to know from anybody running one of these thanks >>.....D

What exactly would you like to know? Sounds like you already have the amp, hook it up and see if you like it.

i do already have the amp just wondering what the consensus is it dosent seem to have much mid power im not sure if it was because of the settings or if it just isnt made to play the notes that are alil higher like beasty boys paul revere and Dr dre, still D.R.E. I did like the 1000.1 but it just didnt seem to put out as much power on these songs as i remember hearing with some previous systems ive had but on the low lows like the dubstep i like it beats perty hard sometimes i can hear the whole roof of my car rattling

It could be the settings, such as an improperly set lowpass filter.

Otherwise your description of the problem sounds much more like an issue with the enclosure/subwoofer than with the amplifier.

What is your sub, what enclosure and vehicle is it in, and what do you have everything in the system set at right now?

I have done the big 3 with 4ga 4ga ground kicker cvr 12 running at 2ohm in a sealed prefab box probably just shy of 1.5 cubed nothing special really. I dont have the settings as i already RMA'd the amp i was using then and gotten a new amp the 1500.1 i only just put it in today. I have also decided i have to redo the wiring in my car as its poor quality and not able to power this amp even as well as my 1000.1 it seems. i guess im just gonna have to start all over
