What would be the best tune for the box on a zcon 15?lookin for hard hittin deep bass.

what type of music do you listen to?

You can have 2 12"s GCONs on a 1500 w amp and be veeeerrrryyyyy happy.

Don't need to get a Zcon to save money !

Rap mostly but I listen to all kinds rock country.gcons look nice aswell.apart of me still says go with FI's.all the subs u guys have mentioned are great, still makes the decisicion hard.

first i would figure out what subs you actually want then we can come up with a great enclosure recommendation. as for the tuning i would go somewhere around 32hz as that should pick up everything you listen to pretty well. as stated before, the Gcons will get down also. bang for the buck you won't find a sub that will compete with SSA.

Here's a video of my old setup to give you an idea of a single 15" setup. Its a DD 9515g powered by a Sundown SAZ 2500.

They are a great all around sub. The enclosure will play more of a role in that aspect than the sub.
