is there going to be any auidible difference between the two amps? and how much more power is the t1500 gunna suck out of my system?

will be used for a 15" XCON

Probably little to no audible difference. Your electrical will be much happier with the smaller amp.

I doubt any more output. Since your other thread is about the electrical. Go with the T1000. It'll be easier on electrical.

Just a though, if your really concerned with your electrical system why not get a cheaper amp, and get a new alternator.

Not exactly sure of your budget but the T1000 Seems to be around the $400 range.

Maybe I'm wrong with this Rockford makes good Amplifiers but really, you're paying for the name.

Dan does prove a good point. If your set on the rockford, maybe see if you can get a used one.

yea thats what im lookin at right now...i can get a t1000 for under 300.....very tempted

Yeah but even at that, if the T1000 Itself is too much for your current electrical setup, you might be forced into getting a new alternator in the future....by abusing it now.

It will take no time at all to burn up your stock alternator or seriously damage an amplifier or something of that nature. I gave him the amount of current draw with the t1500 in his electrical thread and suggested a larger alternator either way.
