I killed my personal budget for the week in one sale today. Feels really good as it has been a tough couple weeks, labor day weekend aside.

However we also didn't have a strong labor day weekend. I'm outselling my store manager, but the truth is we are either doing poorly as a team and I am just doing less poorly, or the expectations are way way too high.
