March 7, 201411 yr Hey Matt... Have you tried the Woodford Reserve Master's blends yet? I went to the beer store and grabbed my Favorite Choklat, but the boy I work with snagged some Woodford Distiller's select. He said they had some of the new Classic Malt, but there was no price tag on it. Just wondering if you have tried either it or the Straight Malt versions, and what you paid for it? Being limited, I expect ~$100-120 swing for it. Just wondering if it is a worthwhile investment.
March 7, 201411 yr I have not Seth. I'm sober right now, but if I saw it I would spend the money on it. I have one and a half bottles of the double oak staring me down. Your double oak recommendation was so perfect even if it's slightly better it would be worth double the price to have for special occasions.Seriously, that double oak is the only thing I have ever had that is better than Jefferson.
