November 26, 20159 yr Where I will be knee deep in the water some where. I envy you. It's snowing heavily here and I braved it and went by bike to work. Everything was fine except that I tucked my rain-proof pants in the boots and water dripped in. Pretty amazing how well the jacket and pants kept water out, heavy snow is worse than rain.
