And seriously I don't get the 100k scare.

My truck will have 90k on it if I release it so I'm no better other than it is a known. Being more expensive to repair with more problems though I am not sure the known is good.

At $25k the car will be FREE to me. Of course, I could pay $33k for one with 70k miles, but this means I am $8k out of pocket. And guess what? After 1.5 years I will be at the same magic scary number of 100k. Is that 25k miles worth $8k on car of that price? $0.33/mile and the only extra cost I will have is IF it needs work. Add to that the amount of things that SHOULD be replaced and will on the one I buy during that time I personally feel that saving the up front will be cheaper in the long run.

Unless of course shit hits the fan, but some creative research pre-buy should alleviate that.

i guess i didn't think about it that way. good point

Because cosmetically I sure prefer my truck

Ok, you need to take me for a drive in that jalopy. It was off my radar 100%, but it sounds like a great vehicle. I have never seen one in person and to say it looks better than a cayenne turbo is crazy to me.

In American vehicles/cars mileage is a moot point usually. Everything can and will break.

Same with germans just different costs. I would say less regular work by a long shot on the germans but a higher cost at the point it does need to be fixed.

In particular that car has a few expensive goodies that go. By 100k pretty much ALL of them have had it done.

Stupid right hand drive.  Driving starts at 4:45

Wish it was all dash camera.  Shows the beastiness adn composure of them all though.  Surprise for me is the Audi, huge, heavy, low revving TORQUE.  I do want.  Notice the one shortest on power (X6) is pretty much the quickest.  Handling wise what's funny is this was my perception from driving them.  Hadn't found anything showing this before though.

Lap times.

ML63 1:48.3

P CTT 1:47.5

BMW X6 1:47.6

Q7 V12TDI 1:50.7

Ok... that worked. I think I like tbe blue P car to the Merc. I lime Mercedes black though. It looks so rich.

Watching the Q go around made my anus clench a couple times.

Was that a "regular" non M x6?
