August 19, 201411 yr If you really want to eat the skin of a Halibut I would recommend removing it and then cooking the skin on its own.
August 19, 201411 yr Btw, scaling trick. Wire dog brush and a big plastic bag. Put fish in bag, descale in there and remove. Will keep the scales from going all over your house and takes seconds.
August 19, 201411 yr No matter the fish, scales are not good eats I know some Koren people who eat them in milk.
August 19, 201411 yr No matter the fish, scales are not good eats I know some Koren people who eat them in milk.I've had intestines, stomach, heart, testicles, lungs, gizzards and other unique body parts in Korean restaurants. Most of those items I'd prefer to scales, but obviously am more than willing to try if someone makes them tasty. Pretty sure if that is the case they could put dirt in the dish and it'd be tasty. I don't need calcium that bad either. Being connective tissue I imagine when broken down they may be lip smackin', but flavor is not something they bring to the game.
August 19, 201411 yr It is also the one thing Minneapolis sorely lacks. A good Korean restaurant. Seriously sad.
August 19, 201411 yr There is also some particularly bad suburban chinese food here. Sad since it is SO EASY
August 19, 201411 yr People rave when I make an egg. It's a fucking egg, not like it takes all that much to cook it.
August 19, 201411 yr People rave when I make an egg. It's a fucking egg, not like it takes all that much to cook it. You must cook them like my wife, she cooked me 6 tonight for supper.

I don't care for them, but I can choke them don't so I am not rude.
August 19, 201411 yr Because the cook stops making food at 5 PM. It sits on the table until 5 am so the night shift can eat during the night.
