March 19, 201312 yr He was a nce older gentleman. Like a skinny less athletic captain Picard with glasses. No cute nurses even. But he seamed smart andis doing a fuck load of labs. Immune related diseases can hide so there is aparently 200+ things they look for and some times you will only show up with a few of the indicators. What he going with is that I do habe psoriatic arthritis. Just not as global as I may have thought. He beleives I do however have hyper flexible joint syndrome. It makes you more flexible, but in some cases like he thinks for me, it helped me to run so fast and be so strong and compels some people to be ultra active. It can accelerate joint wear however and thus inflammation from the psoriatic arthritis feels like its everywhere. Apparently psoriatic flares can be even worse than RA in some cases so my pain isn't all just me being a pussyThe pain and inflammation make me tired, but the hyperflexemia also have a symptom of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I have had bouts of both. So 6 years in a Toxic job and then a flu that put me on my ass and caused some inflamation put me over the edge.
March 19, 201312 yr Apparently people with this joint syndrom don't just need to be a little more active, they need to be a lot more physically fit in both strength and flexibility (safely). I asked about my weight and he said it would be good to loose it but to focus on pain management through reducing inflammation and lots of exercise and to not be get upset when I am exhausted and just sleep. Just go with my body for a few months and increase the working out. Food and drugs won't help much he thinks, but he told me to take naproxen at the highest dose of 400mg 2 times a day and never miss it. The antiinflamation property of NSAIDS take weeks to build up, and I am a big dude with a lot of inflammation. I didn't know that.Really hopeful that I won't need to use the cortico steroids.

March 19, 201312 yr Not really feeling it with this connection stitching. I don't mind it in the middle as I am not touching it that often, but going like this in a circle... Would annoy me while cruising in town with all the cornering. In the end there will be 4 similar seams. I'll probably have to find a different stitching method. More pics of part of the progress. March 19, 201312 yr Sean, what are the details on your home security. I'll have a solid internet connection at my house (50 Mbps) so it will be possible.Huh? What does internet have to do with home security and what are you looking for?Assumed you need solid Internet for a remote connection. At the least I'm looking for door and window sensors and some loud ass alarms. Ability to call cops, and or fire dept is good. Remote video surveillance would be cool, any other form of home automation is also a plus.
March 19, 201312 yr Today's alarms have built in GSM modems they use in cell phones so practically impossible to cut the communication line..

Normally I use headphones for everything but they are a major PITA when working out. That's where an inexpensive shelf system comes in handy. Edited March 19, 201312 yr by Penguin4x4
