I hate bluetooth.

Can't pair my phone to my car and my OBD scanner at the same time.

Download a frontend for a carpc to allow bluetooth phone calls to my pc from my cell phone. Figure hands free at home would be cool and it doesn't fucking work in windows on its own in Win8 for the time being.

Installation of Bluesoleil software doesn't communicate with the built in Bluetooth radio in my PC. Somehow installing it raped my unified remote server so it will no longer connect.

NOTHING fucking works. Windows has the damn functionality I need built in with a bug so I can't use it. Aargh.

Wonder if I can cheat and install the bluetooth driver in Win7 emulation mode or if that will fuck my whole pc up?

Oh, it's just normal trying to be hacktastic around a non-supported hardware issue. Just frustrating and of course keeping me from doing what I should be doing.

And yeah Jon, my weak attempt is a precursor to a Win8 machine being my head unit/gps/bluetooth/music server/radio/processor.

The gps, music, radio, processor I've already played with. Only need the damn bluetooth to work. Stupidly it would be the most beneficial to me now as I am regularly at my desk trying to do something and talking on the phone where having it be handsfree would be huge.

Would also allow me to play with mics and noise cancellation in my office before going mobile in a car.

Also a pre-requisite for me buying a Porsche or a Rossion.

Next boat will be the same way too. Integration of OBD won't suck either.
