IIRC your Escalade is a 2010 and cost around $20K. A 3 year auto loan at current interest rates would go for less than $600 a month.

The only way I can see a lease giving you the vehicle when the lease is over is if you paid for it totally during the lease.

25k.  And yes have to pay the whole value down to achieve a low buyout.
