LOTS of the fellas did too. South Minneapolis isn't known to be the most heterosexual place.

In fact I think a recent census said it was second after San Fran in gay density.

FABALOUS!

Try first in density, second in population. It's SsssouuPER

Night Hawk Wilson Combat OOOOooOOooOH I got shivers.

Amazing. Drove 5 cars with my mom and not a single follow up from ANY of the sales guys. Either 2.0T Sante Fe or Volvo XC60 is what she is leaning towards. Probably take an act of god for it not to be the Volvo.

So much for low cost of ownership.

Que? We have an XC90. It's been uber cheap. 60,000 with not a single repair. Curious why you know differently.

I have been bitten by the cooking bug lately, last night was my first lasagna ever...

Heavy cream, Parmesan and Romano cheese, nutmeg, garlic white sauce with buttery spinach and lightly fried peperoni (gotta get the grease out of it) layers between the noodles and topped with 2 cups mozzarella, sliced Roma tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Damn folks it was really, really good.

With fresh noodles it becomes way better. Also try a dried sausage of some sort instead of the pepperoni. Pepperoni is this blasphemous retardation of something that is naturally awesome.

Found the ignition wire. Here's the problem tho. If I wire it on any of the the positive leads on the HU(one that has constant 12 for the memory and the ACC one that has 12 when the key is on ACC) it's not good, because the ignition will be on all the time if the key is on ACC.

While typing I thought of an idea tho. I remember there as a "thingy" that can past current only in one direction. Wire it to the ignition wire and connect it to the ACC of the HU. This way while the key is on ACC it won't send 12V to the ignition wire, but it will work the other way around.

Another idea will be a relay that is hooked to the ACC. If it sees voltage it opens a circuit directly from the battery. When you crank it the voltage goes away, so there must be a small delay to the closing of the direct battery circuit.

Guess I am going shopping.

Relay and a delay circuit will work.

I'm fat, and hairy. And even when I was fatter the bitchez drooled. Happy wives are more sexy than anything to other women.

You paint nice pictures.

Meh fat hairy guys are about the same as handsome athletic Adonis like men. I don't wanna fuck either of them.

I'm my youth though my ass was so amazing the ladies wrote poems over it.

Hey, what about skinny hairy men?

I'm having a hard time processing the concept that pepperoni is NOT awesome. Maybe some time in the future when I grow as a person I can accept these words you typed, but for now I'm just not strong enough... (not that I'm not willing to try fresh noodles and dried sausage instead of pepperoni, because I am)

This would be much better if you were really stoned, lol.

This nearly killed me. I was prepping to shave when I read this. A few min later and I would have been dead.

Eequally as sexy. As in not at all.

But at least you have personality.

Actually I will need two "1 circuit" relays - one will give out 12V when it sees ACC voltage, the other give out 12V when it sees ignition wire voltage.

There is a reason we are about the only country in the world that eats pepperoni. It isn't because the pork and the spices that are in it are bad either. Just our chemical lazy way of manufacturing and not being able to deal with a real slow cure. That being said I have seen boutique pepperoni that is made correctly and fuck yeah, it's awesome. All the greazy nasties go away when produced right, the flavors develop further and all around there are no negatives.

One hint to a good one. You'll have to cut it yourself and the outside of it won't look savory.

Only one. Power can be run in parallel.

Then the ACC will give the igniting wire 12 volt while the car is off. Which is not good.

That is the one that you run the relay off of. Input to the relay is either the key on or accessory. Delay circuit in between so the relay stays hot through the cranking. Can get a 4 second delay circuit for $11 from miniDSP if you aren't up for making your own.

And I only found normal 1 circuit relays. I looked for one with a delay which would have been perfect.

Didn't find a delay circuit too.

That is where the expense is and what you need. Can build one yourself, but for $11 it isn't worth it IMO.
