June 17, 201312 yr And no, not drinking piss Thought maybe we found out your fetish. Probably likes giving golden showers
June 17, 201312 yr I would never take anything like that. I know people who drink energy drinks like water. Fucking nasty. Great thing about a 5 Hour Energy (or a myriad of other similar products) is that you can throw it back fairly quickly and be done with it. Tastes like shit, but when you really need it, it helps a lot.I'll take the unhealthy choice if it means energy quite often. Sadly it is an unfortunate side effect of this job.Side note, I take my final vacation from this job as of the 20th. With 2 months and change in fully paid vacation. Add in starting the new job (as of now) on 1 July and I should be making decent money with full benifits. J

June 18, 201312 yr Apparently birds like purple cars. They have been killing the Mark. IT's not looking good for my Town Car transaction either.

Caffeine does nothing though. My goal with the apple was to address the real problem though. Stimulation isn't the issue, diet is. Eating something your body likes will cure the energy issue.
June 18, 201312 yr No amount of food can overcome 72-84 hour work weeks, I'm afraid.I never had an issue with it in college. Always took 21+ credits and worked 40hrs a week. Only way I could afford to go. Hell, my BIL puts in at least 84hrs a week and has for the past 20 years. Never once taken any chemical to stay awake. Thinks coffee and tea tastes like ass and isn't interested in pop.
June 18, 201312 yr Force me to sit and stare at a light for 72 hours and no amount of anything will work lol
June 18, 201312 yr Yay! Conference call with China atm. Add a little Malaysia and this is moving FAST!
June 18, 201312 yr No amount of food or stimulants work for me sometimes. Even anti narcolepric drugs cannot keep me awake. If I have a flare up, nothing I can do. Stimulants do help with my pain though. So via less pain and stress I have more energy and the stimulants can then sometimes work to keep me from being a zombie.I see stimulants and all drugs the same way I see food. It is there to help you grow or fix something you are lacking. An overdose of one will not compensate for a lack of another. But sometimes a boost from one can do a lot of good.I can fall asleep on 6 double espresso, but if I need focus and malaise or groggynes is holding me back, it can help a ton.

June 18, 201312 yr I don't even know if I could have done it in my early 20's. Averaging 72 hour weeks and having a life wore me out pretty bad and I was living on the healthiest food and piles of stimulants.Ephedra how I miss you.

Especially when switching between nights and days.
June 18, 201312 yr I hit the wall at 84 doing manual labor; maybe I could do more with non manual labor or some kind of a mix.
