October 30, 201311 yr Red solo cup, I fill you up! You welcome lonely HOPers. fifi, red solo cup edition
October 30, 201311 yr you've got way too many clean older rides around you. When I get ready I'm gonna have to get with you and see what's in your area. I've been leaning to wards a mid 80's single cab chevy with 4 or 6 15's.
October 30, 201311 yr Get the dually. Is a bad ass truck and meets the needs and wants you seem to have.J
October 30, 201311 yr I cannot do a selfie with the new lens... Damn. Have to rig it up for dick picks.Duh, timer

October 30, 201311 yr 6.5CM is a much more gentle cartridge. It also fits in magazines that are .308 compatible. So I can shoot more in a day without my body hurting, have 2-3 times the bbl life, and have more interchangeable parts. The 284 doesn't fit in a short action if I recall correctly. I have also considered the 7mm-08. But the 6.5 is just a peach to shoot. The terminal ballistics are of no use for target shooting, they will shoot about the same. For hunting, the 6.5 is a great round. It will kill almost anything humanely up here. Finally if I ever decide to convert my AR, it would be to 6.5. Then I have everything simple and easy. When I have my rifle built I'm also going to make a matching large magnum rifle. Then if I ever need more energy or distance, I will have it. Yes, you can chamber a 284 in short action.
October 30, 201311 yr The 6.5-55 and the .260 are so close to the 6.5 CM it's almost a moot point. The .260 is another great option but..... As you mentioned, not obscure enough.I have a small obsession with the WSM cartridges too. For no good reason either. But they have less perceived recoil and a bit more efficiency than the regular magnums. I forget what I read as to why, but shorter fat cartridges perform better than long ones in general. So 7mmWSM sounds like a Fucking champ. I have a 270WSM Tikka T3 Hunter. It is a fantastic round, but the twist rate on the Tikka is less than desirable for long range shooting. The short fat cases offer a more complete burn in the case. While I like the WSM they are prone to chamber load issues because of the fat cases and relatively tiny pills.
October 30, 201311 yr This could be easily fixedThat's a friends dually, he has tons of money wrapped up in that one. It's badass though. I went ahead and grabbed up this dually while I could. You just don't find them in this condition anymore.

Neither should in your case with a hunting set up and not a big magazine fed target rifle.New bbl on the Tika?I know, it's not the same as a new rifle.... But just a thought to save some bucks.
October 30, 201311 yr When I picture old school dually it is more like this:That is awesome. I don't get all wet over old trucks but that's sexy.
October 30, 201311 yr Nice truck swift. I'm partial to the 71, since I have a 72 but that looks badass!Mine is far from that nice but it does have ac and heat. I daily drive it for about 3 years and towed my racecar with it every weekend.

I daily drive it for about 3 years and towed my racecar with it every weekend. Thanks, I just love messing with these old cars and trucks. I also prefer the pre 72 stuff but with the low miles and how complete this dually is figured I would grab it. My 71 could have been worth 20k if it had vintage air and a couple minor things. But I had 14k in it where it was and this dually puts alittle money in my pocket and much nicer driver. I will be ordering a full bag setup for this asap. Doubt I will make it lay frame but want to it to get and ride very low and also be able to raise it and pull my trailers locally. Its already C-notched, just may need to notch the bed too. These square bodys are becoming more and more popular. Good thing is that anytime I want to trade this one for another older C10 I can. My friend has maybe 20 of them right now, haha.
October 30, 201311 yr Hey guys,I am doing some work in excel and really can't think of a way to search to find my answer.I have some tasks that are labeled with "milestones" (ex: introduction, work, wrap-up)There are 3-5 tasks per milestone, that have beginning and end dates. I want excel to search the task for each milestone for the minimum and maximum dates and place them on a different sheet. However I can't think of the way to make excel check a cell before reading a different cell.
