Is the correct way the measure a port that has a 45 in it or do you measure like a standard L-Port.

    I agree OP, but take it with a grain of salt as I am far from pro.

    I always take into account the distance to the center of the port by adding half of the port width as well. I am guessing that port is 3.5"-4" wide?
