I've decided on a FI SSD 10" for my sealed application. Will be running two of them off an AD2200d. Trying to decide whether or not the cooling option is necessary. I'v decided non of the other options are really necessary but would appreciate input if someone thinks I'm mistaken.

Daily driver, not super loud all the time but I like to rock out when I feel the need.

Thoughts?

add cooling.. why not?

I will probably add cooling. I was hoping someone could explain "why" I should add cooling. It seems to me there has to be a reason it's an option or it wouldn't be optional. Hence my question...appreciate any other info and thank you to those who have replied so far.

im drunk so this may seem foolish or obvious ...

heat is  the enemy of all electronics. especially subwoofers. dissipating heat is key .. there would be no adverse results by having the cooling option rather then not.
