Can they handle half ohm each I plan to wire them down to half ohm each when I get them since I will be getting a dc audio 2k and want to get the 1ohm power output

    Subs do not "handle" an ohm load. If you are getting that amp order two d1 ICON's and wire them to 1 ohm.

    im getting d1 icons. just don't know when i will order them first is first amp then subs and box
