Posted May 31, 201312 yr So I want to get started on the wall for the dcons, but I realized I probably won't be able to replace panels in the rear with the wall in. So there is my quandary. My right rear quarter panel is rusted all the way through, it's painted over as a temporary cover up but it's still obvious. Should I postpone the wall for months and months for me to replace all the panels that need to be replaced? Or any other ideas? I've also thought about finding another bronco with a good body and doing the modifications I want to make it my style, but this truck as a lot of sentimental value so that would be hard for me.
May 31, 201312 yr Do you need to replace inner and outer 1/4's? If so, I would wait to do the body work if the box will be in the way... I have never done 1/4's on a bronco. Or are you just planning on doing the 1/4 skins? You might be able to get away with doing the body work after in this case. If it were me, I'd do the body work first.

Its really iffy on the right side, I might be able to clean it up and then cut out the rust and weld some metal in. Not sure. The inner side isn't too bad now that I really stare and feel it. Heres some pictures of what I need to do. I plan on replacing the doors, hood even though its nearly perfect, front and rear quarters, patch panel for the right door frame, bumpers, and tailgate.really big undertaking, but I want it to look good on the outside. Right rear quarter: Right rear bumber/recent accident: Left rear quarter: left front quarter: right front has some bondo, which I have no idea whats underneath. right inside of door frame: Edited May 31, 201312 yr by SacredTanakh
