how many sheets of mdf would i need for a 4.25 to 4.5 cu ft box for two 12's and 2 cu ft per chamber and a 30hz tune going to build a box tomorrow so please let me know asap

Likely around 1-2 depending on sizes of the pieces needed.

the longest piece(s) i believe will be 32 or 31 inchs

I was able to get 5.3 cubes for my 2 12s but if I screwed up I would need another sheet. Get 2 so you don't have to waste gas if you need another one. The wood won't go bad if you keep it in a dry area

so the longest is 38x16 and i need 3 of that length so i can use 1 whole one and a few others

would there be anything wrong for have each chamber have there own port or should i have both subs use one port and where can i get terminal cups. and what is a good way to seal the cups

I would just get 2 to be on the safe side.

Keep them same chamber it'll give the subs more space.

You don't need terminal cups. Drill a hole and have the wire go through and seal it with caulk.

You might want to use a more reliable calculator then RE Box calculator.

google

damn 4 cubes in a camry? i want to see this. im sure it will fit no problem but my 3 cubes with my ported box is big and wide. it was a pain carrying it downstairs to my car. luckily it was easy to put in the trunk. like stated before you dont need to go all fancy. you can drill a hole for the wires and then silicon it up. i got my box design from another source.
