Its for the passenger side foot well. Woofer will be pointed toward passenger with grilled installed for protection.

I may try that, I haven't been impressed by MTX woofers for a few years now. Right the the JL shallow woofers are the leader in the clubhouse. I believe I could fit the 13" if not they make a 10 and 12 now.

 the sundown SD-2 10 was just over 4 inchs and its a great sub
